In addition to working with The Revenue Accelerator, she is president and founder of Merit-Based Development, a Denver-based boutique firm specializing in hiring and developing the people who develop business. Merit pulls business lessons from her adventures backpacking around the world, bungee jumping, sky diving, ice climbing, scuba diving, paragliding and … crashing.
As Executive Vice President, Sharon P. Salz is responsible for growing and managing The Revenue Accelerator Value-Added Reseller program. She works with sales consultants, recruiters and trainers to offer our automated sales onboarding program to their prospects and clients. Sharon received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Marketing from Simmons College and her Masters of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. When Sharon isn’t working with her reseller team, she is rooting for her children at baseball or on the golf course.
For over 45 years, Vince Melograna has been helping salespeople get up to speed. In his sales enablement career, he has developed sales onboarding programs for several Fortune 500 companies. As Vice President of Business Development for The Revenue Accelerator, Vince helps clients launch sales onboarding initiatives. Based in Westchester, Pennsylvania, Vince received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton and is the former president of the Dayton Sales and Marketing Executives Association. When Vince isn’t working with his clients, you can find him on the golf course or on the basketball court.
